Caroline has been a successful businesswoman in the Houston area for the past 25 years. Caroline currently serves as CEO of Prosperity Management Services. Caroline leads a time-tested team of professionals in the full-service property management industry – always providing quality results for her employees and customers.
Throughout the past 25 years she has led her efficient team managing numerous multi-family homes, both in the city of Houston and across Texas. When Hurricane Harvey lingered over the city of Houston in 2017, Caroline stepped up to the challenge and provided support for the community. Her unique insights helped provide support for other management companies in the region on best practices with multi-family communities – in their rebuilding efforts. Stemming from her efforts, Caroline was named the “Female Maverick of the Year” by One Planet. The following year, Caroline was awarded the prominent “Stevie Award” for sales and customer service.

Over the length of her career, Caroline has been awarded the National Apartment Association’s Independent Rental Owner Professional (IROP) designation, the National Designation of ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), as well as a Real Estate Salesperson’s License from the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). Caroline has served as a speaker in the Lifestyle Unlimited real estate investing education and mentoring group. Other affiliations include the National Apartment Association, the Institute of Real Estate Management, The Texas Real Estate Commission, the Texas Apartment Association, and the Houston Apartment Association. Additionally, Caroline serves on the Forbes Real Estate Council providing insights for senior level real estate executives across the country.
Caroline has deep roots in the Houston area having graduated from Westbury High School and attending the University of Houston. She is now running to serve her friends and neighbors as Congresswoman for the 7th Congressional District.
